ShapeUp is a healthcare technology firm that combines social networking and team competition to help people meet their health and fitness goals in a fun and interactive platform. We're excited to offer this new benefit to all Gulfstream employees. With ShapeUp, you can set healthy goals, engage in challenges and track your results along the way. What's more, by participating in team challenges, you can earn cards in the Deal Yourself a Healthy Hand game!

ShapeUp's Ready, Set, Go! Challenge

The first challenge is ShapeUp's Ready, Set, Go! a team-based exercise, walking and weight loss competition that is free for all employees. Through this challenge, you form teams and work together with coworkers to reach your health goals. The competition focuses on three core metrics – pedometer steps, exercise minutes and weight loss percentage. You can choose to track one, two or all three of these metrics, based on your personal health goals.

Ready, Set, Go! is a 12-week challenge that starts on March 19 and ends June 10. It might be the first step in your path to the greatest level of fitness of your life.
